Tri training is rough, but sticks make it better…

Pepper and I went out for our three-mile run this morning, which really turned into a three mile semi-run/walk.  Now that the New Orleans temperatures and humidity have kicked into high gear, I really need to start my morning runs much earlier than I have been doing.  I should probably also start focusing on hydration, meaning I should actually drink some water before I head out to exercise.

Anyway, lesson learned and at least Pepper had fun.  She found a new stick that she insisted on carrying home for the last half mile of the walk. 

Tomorrow we will step up our game !
