Adventures in Ohio- Part 2

Yesterday I went back to the bike path by Mom and Dad’s house for another run, only this time I ran the opposite direction.  Truth be told I didn’t run very much, mostly walked, but I did enjoy the Ohio scenery.  I passed the tiny old railway stop called Alpha (there is still a post office there!) and wandered on looking at old barns thinking this is SO Ohio. Quite different to Cyprus trees and mossy oak that I’m used to. I wandered down to the part of the river where my childhood dog, Rugby, liked to swim (although the river was extremely high yesterday due to rain) and then turned around and came back.

I also found some wild black raspberries (I think) that were growing along the path so I picked and bunch and snacked.  They were delicious!
